Bro can you do performance mode test because It will perform much better.
I set it to performance mode in the Windows settings, but whenever the tests run it shows balanced for some reason. I tried every which way and this is the result.
What is the laptop charger model number? I bought one used and it didn't have the charging cable and using the USB C port charges at 5 watts rather than the 35 watts. Thanks.

Mine broke after holding fn+e for too long. It unpaired with the wireless dongle and is now in an endless pairing mode. There is nothing to fix that, at least not that im aware of. I send an email to their support, but no response... No more durgod products for me
